Antique Auction Tonight in El Verger

The Antiques Emporium in El Verger is holding an auction tonight, Saturday 1st Agust 2015 at 9.30pm. We are auctioning a variety of collectable, unusual and interesting items starting at rock bottom prices. Come and bid for a small piece of history. We will be offering drinks and tapas after the auction.

A World of Unexpected Items

Today and during the weekend a new business will have its doors wide open in El Vergel, Alicante. A group of collectors have deposited their collector's items and second-hand articles in a 1500 square metre warehouse.

Upon entering, it is as if walking into an Aladdin's Cave, a cavern of treasures, trinkets and timely items. Here you can spend hours browsing and rummaging through thousands of unusual and unexpected articles.

You will find clocks and watches, statues, furniture, jars, vases and urns, tools, all types of glass for lamps and chandeliers, Wedgwood, Lladro, Swarovski, Tiffany, Murano, Spanish ceramics, English china, Japanese, Baltic, and US porcelain, there is art, pottery, paintings, books, art deco furniture, retro toys, vintage clothing, comics and vinyl among thousands of other things. There is something for everyone.

Our jewellers and watchmakers workshop is constantly open so bring your watches, clocks and jewellery for repair, restoration or just a good clean. We fix sewing machines, gramophones and all kinds of other mechanical objects.

On Good Friday, 3 April 2015 (Spanish national holiday), at Restaurante Canor in Teulada, Alicante, over 60 antiquarians will set up their stalls at the tri-annual Antiques & Collector's Fair. Entrance is free during the morning event. Doors open from 7am. Public access 9am - 3pm.  There is plenty of free parking available. This is the fair's 9th year and every year the fair grows in popularity.

Antiques Martinez will attend the fair with clocks, watches, antiques, collectables, tools, gold and silver objects, porcelain, lladró, ceramics and an array of different treasures and trinkets. 

The Restaurant/Salon Canor is set in a beautiful, rural area of the Marina Alta countryside on the Camino de Assagador de Canor, 03724 Teulada, Alicante. Situated just off the main N-332 road. See below for directions. The Canor Restaurant/Bar welcomes its customers to the Antique Fair and during the day the bar service offers pastries and sandwiches.

To get there: At the Teulada exit roundabout on the N332 (between Gata de Gorgos and Benissa), take the exit directly opposite the exit to Teulada (smallish camino). Go to the end, about 2kms. At the T-junction - turn left. There will be signs to the Antiques Fair and for the Salon Canor.

FLEA MARKET IN TEULADA - SUNDAY - JUST OFF THE N-322

Antiques Martinez has a pitch this Sunday at the well-known Teulada Rastro.

Teulada flea market comes to life every Sunday morning from 7.00am–3.00pm. It is an easily accessible market held in the Teulada industrial zone with plenty of stallholders. It can be found directly on the N-332 at the entrance to Teulada between Benissa and Gata de Gorgos. There is plenty of free parking available. Plus there is a nearby bar where you can enjoy a morning snack.

With several antique stalls that include collector’s items, clocks & watches, treasures & trinkets, this market is well worth a visit if you are looking for a special item or just fancy a leisurely Sunday morning browse. You will come across rustic items, manual tools , second-hand bric-a-brac, jewellry and costume jewellry, books and much more besides. Come and enjoy!

Jesús Pobre Antiques Fair

 

The Jesús Pobre Antiques Fair is held on the first Sunday of every month from 9am to 3pm. The next fair will be 6th October 2013.

 

Genuine antiques and collectables. Outdoor antiques market held in the Riurau in Jesús Pobre (near Gata de Gorgos), Alicante. Antiques Martinez will be there too.

There are a variety of stands selling antiques and collectable items including art and paintings, statues and figurines, watches and watch repair, jewellery, toys, fossils, small furniture and ceramics.

There is also a bar and entertainment. Ample and free parking. Free entry. Only antiques - no new items.

This weekend, 8-10 February 2013, the XIV Albacete Antiques Fair is taking place in the Palacio Ferial de Albacete, Albacete City, Spain. Doors open from 11am to 9pm. Antiques Martinez is waiting for you to find our stall.

This year, as a new and exciting addition to the event, an auction will be held at 1pm on Sunday 10 February. All antiquarians can enter one or two collectors items, including a description, age and starting price. Everyone can bid.
